Fall open has been changed to the Conn River. Date Oct 4th

Proposal is Bellows Falls Launch. Nebco State Park. Need to make sure that we have the permits. Launch site is Bellows Falls.

Treasurers report read. Motion to Accept

Need more participation from clubs. This organization is run by the people and we need more participation from the clubs.

Leadership roles need to be filled in order to keep organization going. Ron will be stepping down at the end of the year and someone needs to step up.

We need to figure out and organizational structure that will help with attendance and keep the organization going

Still don’t have a youth director.

No information this month on the conservation and legislation

Jim Hanatow. Not sure if he is going to continue as the tournament director

Who is going to be the Tournament Director for the fall open. This is going to be this years state teams first open. We are assuming Jim Hanatow will be TD. We believe that we are all set. Bob Hurst is Captain

Divisional Status: Checks haven't been sent out to 2009 members Lodging should be all taken care of. Need a budget in order to send out checks

We need to do the 2008 and 2009 team photo at the divisional.

PWAAB- seat is becoming vacant. Need to nominate a replacement to represent NHBF

Someone need to check with TBF about web hosting.

Mike Mac: Joe Andrews wife has passed away. We send our condolences. We would like to send a donation through the federation to the kidney foundation. We are looking for a donations of around $300

Looking ahead: Sept-Dec 2009 Activities (constitution bylaws, election, 2010 budgets, 2010 dues and rosters, 2010 permits, etc…) These are all things that we have to prepare for in order to have a successful 2010

New Business:

There were a lot of dead fish at the end of the 2009 tournament. Should we have the STQT at a later or earlier date in order to keep the fish kill down.

Need to improve airration in the weigh in tanks to keep fish kill down.
