• Motion to accept the treasurer report: Granted
Vice Presidents Report:
• On the bass federation website there is a link to vote against the speed limit restriction. It takes very little time and worth the effort.
Conservations Report:
• There are 24 senators in NH which we have contact information for each senator. The most effective way of putting this to bed is to contact each one of these people to let them know how you feel.
• Senate Bill 441: The fish and game has all the necessary permits to build a boat launch on Lake Sunapee. This has been going on for 19 years. Group in Sunapee realizes they are going to lose their appeal. They have developed a commission of people representing the lakes front community to limit the number of boats and appropriate use of the lake. They are trying to bypass the PWWAB.

• We need to consider buying new scales. Please bring this back to your clubs for consideration. This would be a $2000 plus investment. This would be paid out of the general fund. This would enhance our tournaments.

• Currently we have only one scale. It is in the process of being serviced. When we get it back it will be certified.

• The trailer needs some maintenance. The estimated cost is anywhere from $300 to $400 worth of repairs. Just got a up-date the trailer requires repairs for leaks and in addition Rod has worked with our Northern Bass group to aerate the tanks $200. Updated on 2/25/2010 additional cost related to aerating our tanks – purchasing an additional pump / labor Total labor $600 / Parts $45 – 60 Now that the tanks are aerated, we will need additional purchases of mesh bags and batteries and one additional holding tank for just water. Northern Bass has an extra tank they will sell us.
