Meeting Agenda

Meeting called to order at 7:17 p.m.

Read/Motion to Accept Agenda (See Appendix A): - agenda was accepted

Roll call: Clubs not present included, Abenaki (1), All Hooked Up (1), Bass Cullers (1), Clearwater (1), Honky Tonk (1), New Durham Bass Anglers (1), and Outcast Anglers (1)

OFFICERS REPORTS:

Secretaries’ report:
• The December 2005 minutes, by Dave Duffy, & Dave Andrews, read by Dennis Watson, were accepted as is. (See Appendix B)

Treasurers’ report:
• The January 2006 Treasurers report, by Dave Duffy using QuickBooks was presented and accepted as is. (See Appendix C) Dave explained the miscellaneous charge reimbursed to Rob for $855.50 that was requested at the December meeting.

Vice President's report:
• Dave has been working with Dick Smith on all the changes with BASS & FLW. He has also been working with or new Treasurer Karl Ingoldsby.

President’s report:
• Rob not present for the meeting.

Youth Directors report:
• Ray had just talked to Rob on the phone, and Rob made a proposal to give the $385 collected at the EXPO raffles to the Jr Bassmasters for manning the booth. The reps voted to approve this proposal.

Legislative & Conservation Director, PVA Director, Tournament Director, State Team Rep, Committee Rep reports / updates:
• PVA Director Chris Cote – Chirs wanted to get a vote on letting the PVA Rep’s come to the banquet as invited guests, which has been customary in the past. The vote passed to invite the PVA Rep’s as guests to the banquet.
• Legislative Director Dick Smith – There was no new news regarding the federation legislative programs.
OLD BUSINESS:

• B.A.S.S. & The Bass Federation:
Dick Smith presented a Power Point Presentation that he put together from the meetings that he participated in at Nationals with BASS & TBF. One of the questions asked was what would we do with the federation monies if some wanted to go to Bass or some wanted to go to FLW.

NEW BUSINESS:

• No additional items were discussed

ADDITIONAL ITEMS: • No additional items were discussed

• Items for February Meeting: Reps should be prepared to decide what direction their club wants to go.

Next Meeting is a 7 PM start time as well.
