Secretaries Report:
Dave Duffy read the minutes from November since Decembers meeting was cancelled. Minutes were read and accepted

Treasurers Report:
Bob went over treasurer report, see handout. Report was read and accepted. Bob will be resigning his position to Dave Duffy and taking a year off from the federation. Bob has been a great assett to the NHBF during his 2 year tennor as treasurer. Thanks Bob for all your hard work and support!

PVA Report:

President Report:
Ron mentioned that Lee's Mills is looking to put in a fee for launching at there ramp. More info coming on this.

Old business:
Rosters: Rosters and Membership dues were submitted,

BOD:The state of the BOD was in question, Bayard Lohmiller offered to help out as the VP for this year. The Secretary's position will be filled by Brian Luce. Thanks guys for stepping up!

New Business:
Opens: Opens permits are approved as far as we know, please stay tuned for more details.

2009 State Team: No report

Sponsors: All sponsors need to be renewed for 09, This pertains to web and any other sponsorship. Bayard the new VP will track down the web sponsors and see if they want to continue with us.

501.C Discussion: Dave Duffy talked about the converting us to a 501.C and the benefits of doing this. Dave gave the pro's and cons and it was open for discussion. There are some real strong benefits to doing this, we can give tax exempt forms to our sponsors which would help our financial status. We did a vote and it was passed 14 to 2. Dave duffy is taking the proper action to apply for the 501.c.
