Bob passed out treasurer report, it was read and accepted

VP Report:
Dave Duffy unable to attend.

President Report:
Ron took a vote on how many would be at the STQT, we have estimated that there will be about 40 boats potentially in this years event. Ron also mentioned that we had 32 boats at this years summer open and the state team did a good job running the event..

Youth Report:
Dick talked about this year being the 14th year of the NHBF sponsoring the Camp Care Free event. Dick is in need of boaters. If you want to participate please contact Dick Smith via email at d-smith@worldpath.net.

Conservation report/Legislative report:
Dick handed out material, (see your rep). He talked about getting someone to help him with going to the meetings on some recent bills that may interest us. Dick also mentioned that some lake shore owners are looking into handling there own weed control. Pilsbury pond and Pow Wow River Pond are 2 places that the lake owners are looking at treating these ponds. Dick said he will be going to a meeting in August to protest this, its fairly simple for landowners to apply for permits to do control there own weed problem. Please support Dick is this effort against weed control.

New Business:
The NHBF will be requiring each participants to have a valid New York and Vermont license at this years STQT event. NHBF will be checking both licenses that morning at registration. If you do not have both licenses you will not be able to fish. Due at the next meeting, STQT dues and insurance papers (min 300K) are due at the August meeting. Total due per participant $130. The breakdown is as follows: $115 for STQT and $15 for additional NHBF dues.
