President’s report:
Ron talked about the STQT and that we received the permit from NY. Best Western is a new motel in this area and are very interested in hosting our event. Ron talked about staying here and that we would receive a discount if you are from NHBF.

Youth Directors report:
Karl Ingoldsby offered to take this position and could not make the meeting, He will hopefully give a report at the next meeting in April.

Legislative & Conservation Director, PVA Director, Tournament Director, State Team Rep, Committee Rep reports / updates:

PVA Director Gary Clauson, Gary will take boat registration at the meeting for the PVA winni tournament on Sept 15-16. Gary will also send Rob the form via e-mail

Legislative Director Dick Smith – Their were 8 bills to help fish and game, 4 were killed and there are 4 left. Fish and game will may be losing some officers.Dick talked about some bills SB 110 dead, HB 847 has been retained until 2008. We should all be careful this summer on winni they will be having a pilot speed zone on the lake. Dick is going to put on a tournament this summer on winni whit some legislative people. It will be a 4 hr tournament.

Conservation Director Dick Smith – Dick would like each club to have a conservation director. He also said that we already should be picking up trash at the ramps and at the different lakes that we visit.

OLD BUSINESS:

Rob would like to change the meeting place, Dick checked out the conservation bldg at fish and game and it will be about the same amount of money. Dick is going to check the 3rd and 2nd tues of the month.

NEW BUSINESS:

Rob is still waiting for minnkota to come through. Rob handed out vip forms to the state team members. The state team was given an e-mail address for the solar bat products and a vip form from plano.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS Good luck to Dave Andrews and Martin Look at the TBF Nationals. Dick Smith will be going to the conservation meetings and Rob will be down their for the presidents meetings. April meeting will be at the old site if we our not at the conservation bldg by then, April 24th.
