MINUTES FOR N.H.B.F. MEETING HELD 11/
Meeting called to order at 7:02PM
Read/Motion to Accept Agenda (See Appendix A): - agenda was accepted

OFFICERS REPORTS:
Secretaries’ report:
The Oct 2006 minutes, by Dennis Watson and accepted as is.
Treasurers’ report:
The Nov treasures repot was read by Dave Duffy and accepted as is.
Bob Winslow got together with Rob and got his name on the treasures account . We have some trouble with the laptop so Rob will take it and go over it. If he cant fix it he will get a different one and send it to Dave. Bob will get together with Dave and transfer the account and treasurers duties.
Vice President's report:
Nothing new from VP
Presidents Report :
The TBF sent Rob club membership forms for our clubs to fill out. We have a new sponsor through the TBF, Solar Bat Sunglasses. The state team members will get two pairs each. The Juniors will get a pair. In return we need to promote solar bat. Minn Kota is a state level only sponsor. The top five on the state team will get a trolling motor and the other team members will get Vip forms from minnkota . We will also have one at our booth at the Expo. It has been another busy month for everyone. The minutes have been updated on the website. Rob will be looking for someone to replace him at the president position.
Youth Directors report:
The Juniors had their spaghetti supper at the Laconia VFW. They raised 1,000 . The older Juniors are intending to form a TBF team. They would like to go to the nationals in Aug.
Legislative & Conservation Director, PVA Director, Tournament Director, State Team Rep, Committee Rep reports / updates:
PVA Director Gary Clauson, Nothing new to report.
Legislative Director Dick Smith, Dick handed out legislative items that wont see bills until Jan.
We have a lot of new members in the legislative system, They have a lot to learn about the process.
Conservation Director Dick Smith – Dick made a fish release basket for us. He talked about how to use it and hoe long it would take the fish to get back to the bottom. This should work better than fizzing the fish. Dick would like us to support the wildlife federation al little more than we have in the past.
OLD BUSINESS:
We voted on the STQT sites. Winnie 11 Ct river 4 Winnisquam 0
John Woodman talked to us about the fed banquet, at this point it looks like we will be going to the Margate.

State Teams:
The state team meet at 5:30 on the 28 nov, they proposed budget items. Mark Anthony is the state team Capt. They also talked about clothing , housing etc. Their was no submittal for the general operating budget. The co-anglers going to the nationals will get 500.00 for traveling.
NEW BUSINESS:
The Squam lakes assoc got in touch with fish and game and told them that someone was going to the bathroom into the lake, putting dead fish into the lake, and also speeding in the no wake zone.
We have some members that are going to a meeting on Dec 12 at fish and game to talk about this and other items. We also voted on vp and treasure. Dave Duffy accepted vp and Bob Winslow accepted the treasure duties.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS:
We need volunteers for the NHBF booth at the Rockingham Fishing & Hunting E xpo on the 12th of Jan -14th www.RockinghamExpo.com. Owen’s Marine will be sponsoring seminars with Triton Boats Pro Preston Clark and BassCat Boats Pro Mark Tyler. Preston Clark is the current B.A.S.S. record holder with the largest bag limit in a B.A.S.S. tournament. Pro Mark Tyler will also be giving seminars and talk about his current record of the largest bass weighed in at a B.A.S.S. tournament. Both Preston Clark and Mark Tyler will be presenting their Pro seminars in the Owen’s Marine exhibit space.
The Dec meeting of the NHBF has been moved to the 13th of Dec at the east concord community center.
Please make sure your state reps are aware of this date. Due at this meeting is 30.00 dollars for club dues. Electronic copies of the rosters need to be sent to Dave Duffy. A head count for the banquet and money for this event also need to be turned in.
New TBF Website: The new TBF website hosted by Bass Fan is up and running. You can visit the new site at www.bassfederation.com. News, stories, standings, club events, etc can be sent to editor@bassfan.com for posting on the new TBF website.
