Bob went over treasurer report, see handout. Report was read and accepted.

Dave Duffy was not present

President Report:
Ron talked about the raffles we are going to offer this year from Minn Kota, There was some discussion on what to get a trolling motor or minn kota charger.

Conservation report/Legislative report:
No Report

Tournament Director:
No Report

Old business:
Still waiting on permits from the state of NH on next years tournament dates.

New Business:
We need volunteers! Positions that are available in 2009 are the following: VP, Secretary and the Treasurer position. Ron mentioned if people do not step up, There will be nominations.

2009 STQT: Clubs present voted unanimously for Winnipesaukee on the 15th and 16th of August, Location will either be Lees Mills or Wolfeboro.

Ron mentioned that he will try and replace Dick Smith at the State Level, Thanks Dick for all your effort!

Billy Klinger from Manchester Bass talked about finishing the constitution. We are trying to get a committee together to finish this process. More information on this coming.

Ron brought up the idea of having a banquet and possibly combining the event with Fed Nation, This would offer a fairly inexpensive night for all members. Please talk about this with your club members and bring back the feedback to the next meeting.
