Treasurers Report: Motion to Accept granted
Presidents Report: Ryan Hayes of NH Basscasters is willing to take on the role of updating the website. We have not negotiated a price yet (Approx $500). This position is currently being done by Scott Parker who will be stepping down. Please bring other nominees to your clubs.
Ron Poirier is stepping down as President of TBF. The new officers of TBF for 2010 will be as follows:

2010 Rosters and Dues: All Rosters and dues will be due Nov 24, 2009. Roster requirements will be the following:

These requirements are mandatory for all members to improve communication with your partners during the STQT. Member Dues: $30 NH Bass Federation (goes into the general account), $15 TBF, $35 FLW

FLW membership: is not due at the next meeting. However we currently 65% of "club members" are members of FLW This membership is not mandatory for all members but FLW recommends closer to 100%. To fish the STQT you should be at least required to be a member of FLW. Over $250,000 is being missed out on by low membership #'s. The more members we have the more opportunities open up. Bring this to your clubs for discussion.

TBF Premium Membership: Visit www.bassfederation.com for more information. This membership pays for itself. You receive discounts on dining out, hotel rooms, car rentals, gym membership, eye glasses, fishing equipment on TBF online store, movie tickets, car tires, oil changes

Youth Director: We currently have no youth director. Nominees welcome.

Lakes and Date Choices:

STQT: August 14-15, 2010, Lake: Winnisquam, Launch: state ramp

Due to other conflicting tournaments we had to make this a summer tournament. Last years tournament produced a higher than normal fish kill. This was due to lack of preparation. We are looking into taking money from to general account to buy aerating stones for the tanks. This would reduce fish kill. Also, providing plenty of ice.

Conservation Report: Dick Smith: There were ZERO speeding tickets given out on lake Winnipesaukee since the inception of the speed limit law. This speed limit policy will come under review after next year and could be eliminated

Fish and game has all three permits needed to put public access on Lake Sunapee. Lake Sunapee Protection Association is fighting the permits but its unlikely the permits would be overturned. Construction is assumed to begin some time next year.

PWAAB: Ron Poirier is stepping down from this position. Requirements for this position include meeting one Monday per month from 9am-12pm. Nominees welcome

Non Profit Status: No change in the status. Currently talking to a CPA firm out of Concord, NH. Some of the things to consider when filing for non-profit status:
