Treasurers Report:
Bob went over treasurer report, see handout. Members that have not paid the dues increase need to pay it by the October meeting or your club could be in bad standing. Please consult with Bob Winslow if you are concerned about your club.

VP Report:
Dave Duffy was not present

Youth Report:
Karl Ingoldsby talked about this years youth events and that he is trying to schedule youth events for 2009. Please contact Karl if you are interested. At the newmarket event we had 200 participants present. TBF Student Program is a brand new program by TBF, please see Karl or go online to find out more about this program.

PVA Report:
There were 23 participants in this years event, next year we are striving to have more participation, please help the cause.

Old business:
STQT was discussed briefy, congratulations to the new 2009 State Team.

New Business:
Lake Choices: We are seeking Center Harbor for Spring Open on Lake Winnipesuakee, Date we are seeking is the 26th of April 2009, Squam Lake for the Summer Open on July 26th, 2009. S.T.Q.T August 15 and 16th 2009, site TBD. The tenative site are the following: Choice 1: (Lake Winnipesaukee - Lees Mills) Choice 2: (CT River - Hinsdale) Choice 3: (TBF Choice - Maine) Fall Open will be October 3rd at Lake Sunapee.

Money from Ticonderoga was up for discussion, Ron wanted to keep the money in the general operating fund, It was voted to give the money to the state team. $750 will go to the state team account.

There was also a discussion of the money going to the state team from this years regionals.

If anyone is interested in selling or buying a Ranger Boat please see Ron Poirior. NHBF can take part in the TBF/FLW/Ranger Program.

Nominations are coming up please ask your members to volunteer and help. We could use new blood, please volunteer!
