2007 April Minutes 
 Meeting called to order at 7:19 

Read/Motion to Accept Agenda….agenda was accepted 

Roll call: Clubs not present included,Bass Finatics,Bass Hookers, Clearwater Bassmasters. 

Secretaries Report: 
The March Minutes were read and accepted as is 

Treasurers report: 
Bob now has the laptop but at the time of the meeting not all info was loaded in the computer. Bob had no hand out but read the balances on all accounts. He will get the money to the TBF for the check that wasn’t cashed. 

VP report: 
Dave was not present. 

Presidents report: 
Rob thanked Dick Smith for going to the nationals. Dave Andrews won the TBF Nationals. Rob was unable to go because of the storm we had at that time. He will be reimbursed for his plane tickets.Camp Care Free will no longer want us to do the tournament that we have done for years. If we want to volunteer they will do background checks on us. Rob will get together with the BOD and will suggest that we ban this member from all NH bass tournaments. We are still looking for a youth director. 

VA report: 
Still looking for boaters for the Winni tournament on Sept 15 

Conservation report: 
Legislative report: no report at this meeting Dick talked about the TBF nationals that he went to; 

Old business: 
We were unable to get the conservation bldg, dates were not good and the price was going to fifty dollars. 

New business: 
Spring open on Sunday the 29th flyers are out and it is sponsored by Barrys Bait and Tackle . 

Additional items : 
2008 Div NH host, open it up for discussion to see if we want to hold this tournament.
