2007 May Minutes 
 Meeting called to order at 7:10 

Read/Motion to Accept Agenda…agenda was accepted 

Roll call: Clubs not present included, Breakaway Bass Club, Contoockook Valley Anglers, Granite State Bassmasters, Tri-City Bass Masters, White Mt Bass Club. 

Secretaries Report: 
April Minutes were read and accepted as is 

Treasurers Report: 
Bob handed out the balances of the monies that we have in the accounts. No breakdown in minutes packet this month but should be all set by next month.. Bob spent a lot of time loading info into the new laptop. Bob was given a check from the monies raised from the spring open. 

VP Report: 
Dave Duffy unable to attend. 

President Report: 
We had a BOD meeting before our regular meeting. We talked about Camp Carefree and what was going on with that. We are trying to finalize that situation. 

Youth Report: 
We are still looking for a youth director. 

PVA Report: 
Gary is still looking for boaters for the Sept tournament on Winni. Gary asked if the federation would donate monies for this event. Would like five hundred dollars if possible. 

Conservation report/Legislative report: 
Dick had a hand out for us to read on our own. He talked about getting someone to help him with going to the meetings on the bills that may interest us. Rob suggested that Dick keep his gas bills for possible reimbursement. 

Tournament Director: Results on the web for the spring open and Bob is gearing up for the summer open. 

Old business: 
Summer Open flyers need to get out, Scott said he would get on it. We are still waiting for a sponsor. 

New business: 
We talked about holding the 2008 Div, what it would take to hold this event. Rob will send John Woodman some info that the TBF hands out about what goes on at one of these events and whats needed to pull this off. John will go around to some business and get a feel for being able to raise funds for the event. Rob asked me to try to find a new place for our meetings, some place in concord. We had some talk about giving Dave Andrews some funds to fish the FLW Cup. 

Additional items: Dick Smith asked the federation if we would like to be in a raffle with the NH Wildlife Federation. We should bring this back to our clubs and have feedback at the June meeting.
